Trouble Sleeping?

Hi Folks,

Recently, Aubrie aka my Brain, noticed on our intake forms that there was a trend of clients reporting difficulty sleeping. In our last newsletter, we dispelled the myth that neck pain is the result of sleeping “the wrong way”. But that’s not to say that good sleep isn’t vital to our wellbeing! 

So in the spirit of promoting more restful sleep, I wanted to return to a wonderful clip I shared in a newsletter from April 2020 about how to integrate meditation into every facet of your life.

Not only does meditation help quiet the mind for more restorative sleep, studies have shown that meditation can actually be more restful than sleep itself. 

This two minute video is from a monk explaining how meditation can be done everyday, any time, anywhere.
