Reopening Reunion!

We may be re-opening for sessions as of July 6 as part of Phase 3!  We’ll have more details next week if all goes well with Phase 2 and after we go over the guidelines of NY Forward Business Reopen issued by our Governor Cuomo. 

Continuing with the Solanaceae family, we’ve covered the Tomato and the Eggplant.  Today the Potato.  I’d be remiss if I did not mention Mr Potato Head.  That will be another newsletter. 

 I’ve read way too many articles about the potato.  I was trying to piece together all the tidbits I found while trying to find interesting stories too when I happened upon this most interesting article.  Thank you Smithsonian Magazine.
